What is the production process of beef tendon board?

 

1. Preliminary polymerization synthesis

 

Raw materials, oligomer polyol 3360ODX2218, CMA21024 polytetramethylene glycol (PTMG 1000), dehydrated before use, the water content is less than 0.05%. Polyisocyanate: toluene diisocyanate (TDI2100). 2. Casting process

 

In the pretreatment of the metal frame of the beef tendon plate, in order to make the polyurethane screen plate have a certain degree of rigidity during use, the screen plate is usually lined with a steel frame. Most of the steel skeletons of small and medium-sized screens are welded frame structures, and the tension screen uses multiple strands of steel wire as the skeleton. Taking into account the complex working environment, the surface of the metal frame needs to be sanded to remove the oil and rust on the surface, activate the surface, and expand the bonding area.

 

3. Mold assembly The steel mold is put into the skeleton after the surface demolding treatment, and the platform temperature rises to 110C.

 

4. Casting extension agent for polyurethane screen: chlorine, diaminodiphenylmethane (MO2 CA). Due to different production conditions, specific pouring methods are divided into manual pouring and mechanical pouring.
